Worlds Top Yachts - Pershing 62

Oh, the lifestyles of the rich and famous. It's something a lot of people envy in their own special way. The big houses, the rare sports car collections, the private jets, the jewels with more karats than a garden - who wouldn't want to ride on easy street? The meek may indeed inherit the earth, but you better believe they wouldn't turn down an opportunity to cruise on a yacht, especially the Pershing 62.
Some think of a yacht as just a boat on steroids. The Pershing is more like the Titanic's little brother. The Ferretti Group, an Italian yacht building conglomerate, is responsible for the Pershing. Ferrettis is the only nautical group on the 500 Hot Growth Companies in Europe list. And with their stellar yachts, it's easy to see why.
The Pershing 62 introduces people to an entirely new way of yachting. It was designed with a family concept in mind, and is characterized by both the material and stylistic solutions. The emphasis is more on yacht living than yacht cruising.
Guests aboard the Pershing 62 are guaranteed to experience uncompromising comfort, while still maintaining the elegance and level of high performance that has always distinguished Pershing. It's all in the details with this beautiful work of art. The overall design, shape and profile of this mega-boat make it a one-of-a-kind gem in an ocean of smooth rocks.
The Pershing 62 is a fitting name, as its 62-feet long (some models longer depending on year). It has a beam of 16.5 feet, a draft of 4 feet 3 inches, a fuel capacity of over 1,000 gallons, and it weights a cool 65,698lbs. The boat itself was designed for a unique experience, and one trip around the deck, you'll quickly see that the Pershing is like no other.
Dozens of people can jump onboard and be entertained on the massive surface. Or if you'd rather take the party downstairs, the guests will be blown away by the awesome spectacle that is the living/dining/entertainment area. Even the upstairs captain's quarters has enough seating for a sporting team to sit comfortable and gaze at panoramic views from sunrise to sunset.
Pershing offers more than a mere kitchen; the ample space, state-of-the-art appliances, and enough storage space for shopping makes it feel more like a dining hall. The staterooms each have a huge, plush bed, HD TVs on the wall, and bathrooms that make you feel right at home.
And if you're worried about how all of this merchandise will stay afloat, the 1500 HP should reassure even the largest pessimist. The 2/1, 500-p MAN 12V D2842 LE409 diesel inboards are powerful beyond comprehension. Yet with the hydraulic steering and aerodynamic design of this cruiser, it handles exceptionally well for its size.
As one can expect, this boat isn't available for ownership unless you cough up millions. Most likely, with any Ferretti dealer, you won't get your hands on this boat for under $5-million. Used yachts are available, but you're still paying a fortune. If you wish to taste this luxury but don't keep Bill Gates in your back pocket, then a rental plan is your best bet.
The video we are showing you today is of the later model the Pershing 72 in its full glory.
