For anyone who’s ever ventured off the shores of Miami, Florida’s famed South Beach, they know all too well that the latter is true. This extravagant two-story residence covers over an entire acre, and that doesn’t include the surrounding areas.

The Spanish-style Casa Contenta resort boasts an exceptionally designed and decorated interior. The pristine quality of the resort looks more like a livable museum than your average “hotel.” You can find authentic French furnishings, priceless artwork, and the classic feel is well rounded out by state-of-the-art technologies available to guests, so they never miss a bit of business. The villa is over 11,000 square-feet, and if the interior isn’t enough to impress the guests, the exterior has just as much to offer. The beautiful landscapes surrounding Casa Contenta includes a hotel-sized heated swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi with a Playboy-esque grotto seductively secluded behind a waterfall, and beautiful views of the ocean.

The villa was designed to offer total privacy. There are 5 bedrooms that literally dwarf the regularly accepted idea of a mansion’s master suite. Each has its own master bath with a standup shower and separate bath. The house also has its own full gymnasium with professionals trainers and top-of-the-line equipment, a theater that rivals any cinema-style movie house you’ve ever been to, and a very large billiards room with a fully stocked bar. You can find a card room in the house if you’re a poker fan, an outdoor rock shower, or use the BBQ grill area to entertain your own guests. There’s also a Jacuzzi located on the roof terrace, for guests who wish to be completely secluded.

Guests can do it all themselves with Casa Contenta’s gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau appliances – which are some of the best in the world. The kitchen has a center island, four Ceran cook-tops and two gas cook-tops, a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, a large dishwasher, 6 sinks, and a water purification system. And if you feel the need to have a great glass of wine with your meal, a vaulted brick wine cellar houses some of the world’s finest creations.

Guests can lie out on the beautiful beaches, rest in the verandahs or sunning areas, or enjoy a swim in the 120-foot pool or the ocean. There are also tropical gardens on the island; a regulation-size volleyball court; over-water dining deck; motorboats and jet skis; and more. This child-friendly resort is a great location for a family getaway. The all-inclusive package is available year-round at an average of $10-15,000 per night. Up to 12 guests can enjoy their stay at Casa Contenta. You can mingle with other guests if you choose. But the way the resort is set up, you never have to see another person if you choose not to.
