The Iguazu Grand Resort Spa & Casino is one of the most luxurious resorts in Argentina and attracts travelers from all across the globe. The resort is like a palace, drawing the attention of celebrities, high-roller gamblers, world politicians and other wealthy individuals. There’s also a rather large base of your average vacationers visiting the resort every year.
The Iguazu Falls in Argentina are a beautiful attraction all their own; throw in a resort of this size and you have the makings for a tourist draw like none other in the area. For starters, the resort is in a great geographic location as far as culture is concerned. Iguaza Falls National Park is on the border of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
The Iguazu Grand also stands out when compared to other structures. The red-brick front of the enormous structure resembles an old-world manor from the area. The house is situated on fifteen pristine acres of semitropical vegetation. With all of the Falls and national park to peer out at from any room, even low-level suites provide guests with panoramic views of the entire area.
The first things most notice outside of the Iguazu Grand are the three multi-level man-made swimming pools and state-of-the-art, attractive cascades. The entire acreage is a mix of natural wonder and man-made, innovative landscaping and structural features. Overall, it blends well and allows Iguazu Grand to stand out amidst the surroundings.
Activities around the Falls and the resort are numerous. Guests can seek adventure via hiking trails, pools, guided tours, safaris, and a host of other options. At the resort itself, guests have plenty of entertainment selections, including restaurants, the resort’s spa facilities and, of course, the hotel casino that features a wide variety of games.
The Lobby Lounge is located within the hotel and offers a 24-hour menu. There’s also El Jardin, a regional restaurant dishing up Argentina’s best delicacies. For folks looking for a taste of the outdoors, La Terraza is a classic Argentine Barbeque restaurant located in the gardens.
With a world-class spa and a large hotel casino, not to mention the beautiful surroundings of the Falls offering plenty of activities, Iguazu Grand Resort’s rooms don’t really have to be luxurious in order to bring in the crowds. However, their junior and upper suites offer a high level of luxury living, featuring state-of-the-art amenities, posh furnishing, large bathrooms, and more.
In total, there are 107 large rooms in this mansion-style resort, each one designed with an open and airy feel. The style of the rooms reflects the best that Argentina has to offer. The colors are deep and warm, the lighting is soft and elegant, and the views of the national park area are priceless.
Guests can choose from a variety of different vacation packages: The Jungle & Gamble package; Honeymoon Package; Spa Time Package; Iguazu Adventure; and various seasonal discount packages. Each package offers a two-night stay and includes access to the entire resort.
