Luxury Villas for Rent - Villa Rosemarine, Dalmatian Riviera, Croatia

The Villa Rosemarine is one of the premier private locations in the Croatian area. This one-of-a-kind villa is located on the Island of Brac, one of the foremost destinations of the renowned Dalmatian Riviera. The Villa Rosemarine is turning heads for a few reasons other than its prime location, too. This recently renovated villa is certainly a Croatian area highlight.
Overlooking the waters of the Adriatic, the Villa Rosemarine is in a prime location sheltered by the surrounding trees yet still open to the sunset. The south end of the villa offers panoramic views of the entire chain of Dalmatian Islands, making this waterfront villa a sightseer’s paradise.
Croatia doesn’t usually hold the same tourism appeal as some other locations around the globe, so the designers made sure no expense was spared when reconstructing Villa Rosemarine. The white-stone front of the villa is the exact same material used on the White House in the United States and also on the Catholic Cathedral in Liverpool, England.
Before the renovations, Villa Rosemarine was a rather large abode. After the renovations, however, this villa is enormous – featuring three spacious levels with accommodation for up to 14 guests at a time. The house is large enough to offer every guest - or couple - ultimate privacy and Rosemarine certainly isn’t short on character or charm.
The Villa Rosemarine is operated more or less like a luxury hotel. Guests are greeted and treated by the staff working there, and the service is the same that you would expect to find in any five-star resort around the globe.
The interior style of Villa Rosemarine is an eclectic blend that comes together well. The old world Croatian style is mixed with other European themes, and there’s also a modern twist via the many new design features like the bathrooms, terraces, and the other modern amenities.
Finding something to occupy your time shouldn’t be a problem while staying at Villa Rosemarine. The villa has a small library of books and board games. You will also find a state-of-the-art cinema system, stereo system, satellite TV and Internet access, a Jacuzzi, an Xbox for the younger guests, table tennis, and much more.
Since Villa Rosemarine is right on the water, you’ll also have plenty of aquatic activities to keep you busy. You can choose from fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing, and more.
Depending on what you prefer while staying at Villa Rosemarine, guests can be partially or fully catered. If you prefer, you can head out to other locations to eat at a host of nearby restaurants. Or, if you’d like the in-house chef to prepare your meals, you can choose from a menu of local delicacies.
Rates at the villa vary depending on what time of year you’re visiting, and they’re subject to change at any time, but a stay here is still relatively affordable in comparison to other private locations.
