The real reason why online gambling was banned
28 January 2012
Gambling online is the same as gambling in real life, but for many organisations the worrying thing is that the internet now meant that anyone could have a flutter at any time of the day. This could breed a new generation of addicts and possibly lead people towards the dark side of gambling, which can result in the destruction of families. But don’t be mistaken, this is not why gambling was banned. People can argue their case why online gambling was banned in the first place and most of these reasons (whether social or political) will hold a valid point. The bottom line is that the reason gambling was banned in the first place was NOT due to social or ethical reasons as much as we would like to believe.
We mustn’t forget that this is a multi-billion dollar industry and whatever laws the governments may put into place to try and halt gambling activity, operators and individuals will always find a way around them. The bottom line is that there is no stopping gambling in any way shape or form, but it can be regulated.

6 Pool Party season the most profitable time for nightclub operators who dabble in the daylife trend
09 August 2011

The new trend for day clubs means with the onset of summer nightclub owners and operators who have seen the fashion for young party goers to want to have a good time drinking and dancing in the midday sun are going to be cashing in on a very profitable business.
Las Vegas has got two new pool parties which opened in the spring and with most of the other hotels jumping on the day club band wagon by hosting adult only parties at the weekends which just confirms that everyone in the know feels that this is more than just a passing trend and people coming to the strip want to be able to party just like they did on yachts in St. Tropez.
The trend is more one common in Miami where it has been long accepted that parties start early and finish late morning too, with lots of drinking throughout the whole day and night but since 2004 and the Rehab pool party at the Hard Rock, the trend has taken grip in Vegas too.

A Review Of The 2010 Australian Grand Prix
31 May 2010
The 2010 Australian Grand Prix was the second race of the F1 season and was held on March 28 in Melbourne, Australia at the famed Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit. Before the Grand Prix became part of the World Championship circuit, drivers still raced courses at different venues throughout Australia. The race became permanent in 1985 and moved to Melbourne in 1996. The qualifying round was held the day before the race itself and Sebastian Vettel, driving for Red Bull-Renault, won pole position with an impressive lap time of 1:23. Due to wet conditions during the remainder of the weekend, no driver during the race was able to beat this time.
Race day started off slowly. Due to rainy weather, the track was declared “wet” and drivers first had to change their tires before the racing started. With intermediate tires on their fast cars, the F1 drivers were having control problems from the onset. Eventual winner Jenson Button tangled up with Fernando Alonso in the first turn. Schumacher’s car was also damaged in the incident.

The Paris Air Show 2011 Marks 103 Years Of Aviation Exhibition Excellence
26 May 2010
Held at the Le Bourget Airport near Paris, France, the Paris Air Show is an international trade fair for the entire aerospace business. This commercial air show takes place every odd year and caters to the military, corporations and private customers. The last show was in 2009 and the next is scheduled for June 2011. The Paris Air Show first arrived on the scene due to changing times regarding our use of transport. In 1908, during the Paris Automobile Show, event organizers decided to dedicate a portion of the show to the emerging aircraft. The following year in 1909, the aircraft got its own show held at the Grand Palais.
At the time, the Paris Air Show was an annual event and was doing quite well. The show happened for four years in a row until interrupted by the First World War. After the show returned in 1919, it started to be held in alternating years. The show took another break during the Second World War and returned in 1946 (held on odd years only starting in 1949).
