Another Top Ten Things you Must do in Las Vegas

The vast majority of Vegas travelers are there for one reason and one reason alone: gambling. That still doesn't mean vacationers can't check out other must-see things in Vegas. Here's a list of ten popular locations to give you some ideas.
One: Emeril's
Vegas is packed full of all-you-can-eat buffets and 99-cent shrimp cocktails, but every once in a while, vacationers want some world-class cuisine. This is where Emeril's comes in. Emeril Lagasse is one of the best chef's in the world, and his restaurant at the MGM Grand is a true delight.
Two: Famous Fountains
No one would make the trek to Vegas without plans to see the famous Bellagio Fountains. This modern aquatic marvel features towering streams of water that are synchronized to a fantastic light and sound show. Best of all: anyone can stop by and watch for free.
Three: Lost in Space
This is another fun activity that doesn't involve gambling. The zero gravity exhibit at Las Vegas is a one-of-a-kind thrill ride that uses a Boeing 727 to create the effects of space; i.e. weightlessness. If you don't mind an airplane without seatbelts, the Boeing journey will be the perfect thing to do in Vegas.
Four: FSE
The Fremont Street Experience could easily top anyone's list as the number-one thing to do while in Las Vegas. This spectacular light show takes place on Fremont Street on The Strip. Visitors walk along a roofed corridor while a light show plays overhead. FSE is made up of millions of LED lights and the shows include everything from the wonderfully whimsical to reality-based lighting displays. Five: Volcano Eruption Most of us will never get to see a live volcano eruption in our lives. It's just too dangerous. However, starting at 6pm on The Strip, the Volcano Eruption at the Mirage Hotel and Casino starts, and just in case you missed the eruption, don't worry, new eruptions take place every 15 minutes. Six: A Taste of Italy The Venetian is the go-to place in Vegas when you're looking for a bit of rustic Italian culture. Visitors get to ride through the Grand Canal in an actual authentic gondola. The ride takes visitors under bridges, past the replica Italian cafes, and there's even a songster onboard to serenade lovers. Seven: Auto Collections Lovers of all things auto will definitely appreciate one of the world's largest collections of antique, classic Americana, and special-interest cars. Imperial Palace has an extremely thorough auto collection featuring cars from movies and television, royalty, and so much more. It's like a museum of automotives, and people visit Imperial Palace by the millions annually. Eight: Gallery of Fine Art After a night of gambling on ultra-modern machines, it's great to take in a little bit of history and art. In the heart of the Bellagio, the Gallery of Fine Art is host to many exhibits of priceless artwork from both museums and private collectors alike. You don't have to be an art buff to add this to your must-do list. Nine: See a Show Currently in Las Vegas, there are many shows going on. From Cirque de Soleil to the famously nude showgirls, you can find something well worth the price of admission. Shows in Vegas are always popping up, so their “must-see” status is relative. The important thing is to take the time to see a show. Whether it's something comical or magic, it's what makes Vegas Vegas. Ten: Liberace Museum Although Sinatra and Elvis are more synonymous with Vegas, Liberace was the man who embodied the good, bad and wacky nature of this original city. The Liberace Museum is affordable for everyone and gives a detailed look at not only the life of Liberace, but at the life of Vegas.
