In this review of Lady Christine yacht by Oceanco, you will discover why this yacht is so spectacular and well known throughout the world. Lady Christine is 68 metres in length, so as you can imagine the interior is more spacious than many. This yacht really is one of the most luxurious charters.
The exterior was designed by De Voogt Naval Architects and Rodney Black, a world famous interior designer is responsible for the design of the magnificent interiors. Lady Christine was built in 2001 and has been extremely popular since.
The main entrance is absolutely stunning, with marble flooring, a superbly crafted winding staircase in the centre and murals painted on the curving walls of world locations such as the beautiful Taj Mahal of India.
The owner’s suite is a unique feature of this beauty, divided over two decks in a duplex set up. The stateroom in the owner’s deck is the full width of the yacht, enormously roomy, and has his and hers studies for ultimate privacy.
It also boasts a full beam observation lounge for picturesque views over the ocean and distant shores, as well as a half deck up gymnasium. The master cabin is decked out with exquisite furniture and decor and the bathroom is out of this world, with marble flooring and a really airy feel.
The owner’s bathroom is just astonishing with a huge double size walk in shower with gold fixtures, and a huge counter area with mirrors either side for pampering.
On the main deck is the formal lounge with a feature fireplace. There is a also a tastefully decorated dining area to seat twelve guests, with a bay window surrounding the dining table allowing plenty of natural light into the room and pleasant views.
The dining area is home to a beautiful grand piano, with seats for guests to sit and enjoy the sweet music of anyone who wishes to perform. This seating area has a bar adjacent, and a balcony which can be folded out to enjoy the views while enjoying a drink on an evening.
Also on the main deck is an impressive cinema to keep guests entertained on cooler evenings.
On the lower deck you will find four guest staterooms. Two of these are twins, while the remaining two can be set up as either doubles or twins to suit the individual needs of the guests. Each has its own en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
The staterooms are very large and comfortable, and all have their own entertainment system including music stations and television.
Outside there is a beautiful sun deck with seating for guests to enjoy the warmer climates and there is an additional ‘key west lounge’ which is a covered seating area to the back of the yacht. There are also two terraces either side of the main deck.
This yacht will imprint long lasting memories on your mind, and will leave you feeling totally refreshed and spoiled.
